Job Descriptions
1. Create an operation plan for the R&D Department
• Collaborate with other department to create plans and strategies for new products
• Direct research to apply new technology to product lines
• Create a budget and plan resource for R&D operation.
2. Develop new product projects
• Collaborate with others departments, customers and suppliers to develop new products
• Assign tasks to project managers
• Allocate resources for projects
• Work with the factory in the manufaturing process
3. Research and apply new technology to new products
• Guide the research activities of the R&D department
• Apply new technology to new products
• Assign tasks for project staff
• Arrange all resoucces for projects
• Intergrate new technology into the manufacturing process
• Define standards for each product
4. System development
• Build R&D processes and regulations
• Apply advanced management tools
5. Build and develop the R&D team
• Mornitor the R&D department, balance workflows to ensure every team member works effectively
• Focus on staff management and development
• Build a training and development plan for R&D staff
Job Requirements
1. Male with a minimum age of 30 year old2. Graduate from MBA program with a major in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, R&D Project Management or Automation
3. 3-5 years working experience in R&D Project Managment
4. Minimum 3 years working experinece at the same position
5. Exerience in Electrical, Household electrical appliances, R&D projects, or Mechanical are a plus
6. Have a good understanding of market research, product design and material analysis
7. Have Creativity, Systems thinking, Root Cause Analysis and Passion for research
8. Open to candidates of all nationalities
